01This agreement

These terms form the agreement between you and CAPULET LEISURE LIMITED (trading as Capulet), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 85 Victoria Road, SN1 3BB, United Kingdom. They apply when you use capuleis.shop or subscribe to a plan.

By using the workspace you accept these terms, the Acceptable Use policy, the AI Disclaimer, the Content License and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Capulet.

02What Capulet is, and what it is not

Capulet is an online subscription workspace. You describe a gathering and it returns a run-of-show, game suggestions, a menu that leads with alcohol-free options, downloadable artwork, an invite film and a Party Pack PDF. Everything is delivered digitally through this website.

Capulet is a creative planning tool, not a licensed event planner, caterer, venue, bar or food business.

  • We do not sell, deliver, serve or arrange alcohol, and we take no commission on any drink you buy elsewhere.
  • We do not sell or ship physical goods. There is nothing to post and no delivery address to give.
  • We do not provide staff, venues, catering, equipment hire or on-site services.
  • We do not run gambling. Games and quizzes are entertainment and involve no real-money stakes, betting or cash prizes.
  • We do not provide legal, medical, insurance, nutritional or financial advice, and nothing generated is professional advice.

03Who can use Capulet

  • Capulet is not available to children under 13, and we do not knowingly accept their data.
  • If you are 13 to 17, you may use Capulet only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.
  • Any content that mentions alcohol is restricted to users aged 18 and over. By requesting or viewing it you confirm you are 18 or older.
  • Only the person who pays for a subscription may use its allowance.

04Subscriptions, allowances and billing

Capulet is sold as a subscription in US dollars. There are no credits to buy, no top-up packs and no stored balance. A plan allowance is a service limit, not money, and has no cash value.

  • Warm-up ($0): one party plan each month, core games, the plan itself and one invitation poster.
  • Host ($19 a month, $182 a year): eight party plans each month, the complete plan, all six artwork types and the Party Pack PDF.
  • Studio ($79 a month, $758 a year): unlimited party plans, hype and recap invite films, question-reveal reels, priority generation and brand colours and logo on artwork.

Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change affects you, and you may cancel before it applies.

Payment is taken by Stripe. Your subscription appears on your statement as CAPULET. Taxes are added where the law requires. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

05Your content and the output you generate

You keep ownership of the briefs, photographs and logos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them to produce your assets, described in the Content License, which also sets out what you may do with the artwork and films Capulet generates.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including permission from people who appear in photographs.

06Food safety, allergies and alcohol

Menus, recipes, quantities and timings are suggestions. You are responsible for the food and drink you serve, including checking every ingredient, allergen, storage instruction, cooking temperature and portion against a reliable source and against what your guests can safely consume.

  • Ask your guests about allergies and intolerances before you shop, and check labels yourself.
  • Alcohol-free options lead every menu, and you may keep a menu completely alcohol-free.
  • Any information about alcoholic drinks is educational and for adults aged 18 and over. It is not an offer to sell, supply or deliver alcohol, and we do not arrange it.
  • Never encourage anyone underage to drink, and never encourage excessive drinking. Drink responsibly and follow the law where you are.

07Acceptable use

The Acceptable Use policy forms part of these terms and lists what you must not do with the workspace, including the rules on alcohol, gambling, third-party brands and the safety of other people. We may suspend or end access that breaches it.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep Capulet available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider faults or events beyond our control may interrupt it. We may add, change or withdraw features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan provides, you may cancel and we refund the unused part of the period.

09Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to that, and because Capulet provides creative suggestions rather than professional services, we are not liable for how a gathering turns out, for decisions you take from generated output, for food or drink you prepare or serve, for guest conduct, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

10Ending this agreement

You may stop using Capulet at any time and cancel under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use policy, if payment fails, or if we are required to by law. We give notice unless the breach makes that inappropriate.

11Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the protection of any mandatory law of your country of residence.
