01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. CAPULET LEISURE LIMITED uses them on capuleis.shop to keep the workspace working. This policy explains each one and sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

We use first-party cookies only. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party analytics tags on this site.

02The cookies we set

All three are strictly necessary: the workspace cannot apply your allowance, unlock your plan or protect the console without them. They carry no advertising identifier and are signed so they cannot be edited on your device.

capulet_usage

Records how many party plans, images and films you have generated in the current billing period so your plan allowance is applied correctly.

Essential (first-party, signed)Expires: 62 days
capulet_entitlement

Records which subscription plan is active after Stripe confirms your payment, so the Host Desk unlocks the right features.

Essential (first-party, signed)Expires: 31 days per month of the subscription term
capulet_admin

Keeps a member of our staff signed in to the operator console. It is never set for customers.

Essential (first-party, signed)Expires: 8 hours

03Third parties

When you subscribe, checkout happens on Stripe’s own hosted page. Stripe sets its own cookies there for fraud prevention and to make payment work — those are set on Stripe’s domain, under Stripe’s policy, not ours. Read them at stripe.com/legal/privacy-center.

Our hosting provider records server logs (IP address, request, timestamp) for security and reliability. Those are logs, not cookies, and are covered by the Privacy Policy.

05How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, usually under Privacy. Blocking our essential cookies means your plan allowance and subscription cannot be recognised, so the Host Desk will treat you as a new Warm-up visitor each time.

  • Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies
  • Safari: Settings, Privacy
  • Firefox: Settings, Privacy & Security
  • Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions

Deleting cookies also clears the record of the allowance you have used in the current period.

06Changes and contact

We update this policy when the cookies we use change, and revise the date at the top. Questions: support@capuleis.shop, +44 7224889513, or CAPULET LEISURE LIMITED, 85 Victoria Road, SN1 3BB, United Kingdom.
