01Scope

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everything you type, upload, generate or download through capuleis.shop. It exists so Capulet stays a workspace for hosting good gatherings, and nothing else.

02Alcohol and responsible enjoyment

Capulet does not sell, deliver, serve or arrange alcohol. Alcohol-free options lead every menu.

You must not use Capulet to:

  • advertise, sell, resell, distribute, deliver or arrange the supply of alcohol or any drug;
  • generate content that encourages anyone under the legal drinking age to drink, or that targets minors with alcohol content;
  • encourage excessive, rapid or competitive drinking, including drinking games whose object is intoxication, or content that presents drunkenness as a goal;
  • suggest alcohol is safe to combine with driving, medication, pregnancy, swimming or any activity where it is not; or
  • present alcohol as a solution to stress, sadness, conflict or loneliness.

Where a plan mentions an alcoholic drink it is educational information for adults aged 18 and over. You can keep any menu completely alcohol-free, and we encourage it whenever guests include anyone who does not drink. Drink responsibly and follow the law where you live.

03No gambling

Games, quizzes and scoring in Capulet are entertainment only. You must not use them to organise or promote real-money betting, wagering, staking, lotteries, prize draws with paid entry, cash prizes or anything else that constitutes gambling where you are.

Capulet takes no stakes, holds no funds for players and awards no prizes.

04Food safety and other people

  • Do not present a generated menu as a professional allergen assessment, or tell guests a dish is safe because Capulet said so. Check ingredients and labels yourself.
  • Do not generate content designed to make someone unwell, to conceal an ingredient from a guest who has asked about it, or to pressure anyone into eating or drinking something.
  • Do not upload photographs of people without their agreement, and never upload images of children in a way they or their guardians have not agreed to.

05Third-party brands and intellectual property

You must not use Capulet to:

  • generate artwork that reproduces a third party’s trade mark, logo, brand name, product design, characters or other protected work;
  • imitate a real person, team, film, show, game or public figure, or suggest any of them endorses your gathering;
  • upload material you do not have the rights to; or
  • claim your generated assets are an official product of any organisation, including Capuletitself.

Capulet generates original compositions and does not offer replicas or lookalikes of protected material. What you may do with your assets is set out in the Content License.

06Content you must not generate

Do not use Capulet to create, upload or distribute anything that:

  • is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates a crime;
  • sexualises children in any way, or depicts a minor in an adult context — we report this to the authorities and end access permanently;
  • is sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or created to shock;
  • harasses, bullies, threatens, defames or humiliates a person, including through a quiz, prompt or place card;
  • attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
  • promotes self-harm, disordered eating, hate groups, extremism or violence;
  • contains malware, or is used to phish, scam or impersonate someone; or
  • offers regulated products or services through a gathering, including weapons, tobacco, vapes, controlled substances, financial products or medical treatment.

07Service integrity

  • Do not share, resell or automate access to a subscription allowance, or use scripts to generate at scale.
  • Do not attempt to bypass allowance limits, paywalls, rate limits or the operator console.
  • Do not probe, scan or interfere with our infrastructure, or attempt to extract prompts, keys or the underlying models.
  • Do not resell Capulet as your own service or use it to build a competing model.

08Reporting and enforcement

Report anything that breaches this policy to support@capuleis.shop with the detail you can share. We review every report.

Depending on severity we may refuse a generation, remove content, warn you, suspend or end access without refund, and report unlawful material to the authorities. Serious breaches — particularly anything involving minors — end access immediately and permanently.

If you think we acted wrongly, reply to our email and a person will review the decision. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
