What the AI gives you, and what you must check

Capulet uses artificial intelligence to turn your brief into a run-of-show, game suggestions, a menu, artwork and an invite film. All of it is a creative suggestion to adapt, not a professional service or a guaranteed result.

Capulet is not a licensed event planner, caterer, venue or bar, and generated output is not professional event, food safety, legal, medical or financial advice.

You remain the host. Every decision about your gathering — what you serve, who you invite, how long it runs and whether it is safe — is yours.

AI systems produce confident text that is sometimes inaccurate, out of date or invented. Check anything that matters before you rely on it. In particular:

• Quiz and trivia answers. Facts, dates, names and answer keys can be wrong. Verify every question against a reliable source before you play, or you will be corrected at the table.
• Menus, recipes and quantities. Portions, timings, temperatures and ingredient combinations are starting points. Confirm them against a trusted recipe.
• Allergens and dietary needs. Never rely on a generated menu to decide whether a dish is safe for a guest. Ask your guests, read the labels and check yourself.
• Timings and budgets. The run-of-show and per-guest costs are estimates and will not match every room, shop or group.

Generated posters, quiz cards, moodboards, layouts, menu cards, place cards and invite films show a visual direction. They are not a photograph of your room and not a promise of how your night will look.

• Image models render text unreliably. Treat any lettering in artwork as decoration and add your own wording before you send or print.
• A generated layout is an idea, not an architectural or safety plan. Keep exits, walkways and heat sources clear in the real room.
• Output varies between runs. The same brief will not produce an identical result twice, and we cannot guarantee a specific look.
• If a render misses your brief, regenerate it. That is the fastest and usually the best fix.

• Capulet does not sell, deliver, serve or arrange alcohol. Where a plan mentions an alcoholic drink it is educational information for adults aged 18 and over. Alcohol-free options lead every menu, and you can keep any menu completely alcohol-free.
• Generated content never encourages underage or excessive drinking. If you see output that does, report it to support@capuleis.shop and we will act on it.
• Games and quizzes are entertainment only. They involve no real-money betting, stakes or cash prizes, and must not be used to run any.
• Candles, cooking, decorations and games happen in your space and under your supervision. Follow fire and food safety rules where you live.

Your brief, and any reference image you upload, is sent to our generation provider only to produce the result you asked for and is returned to you.

• We do not use your briefs, uploads or generated output to train AI models, and our providers are contractually barred from doing so.
• Uploads are cached during generation and cleared within 30 days.
• Do not enter other people’s personal details, health information or anything confidential into a brief.

Nothing here is decided solely by a machine in a way that legally affects you.
